Aftersales

Here at Woodhall cars we understand the importance of ensuring our valued customers are as happy with the aftersales service we provide as they are during the purchase of the vehicle. 

We want to make sure that all of our customers become customers for life and we aim to provide a better service than you will experience at anywhere else

We have a dedicated nationwide warranty team who are always on hand to help if you ever experience any issues – nothing is too much trouble for them.

Warranty - All vehicles are supplied with a free 3 month nationwide warranty which is redeemable at any VAT registered garage. This can be extended to 12 months total cover for a low additional cost, please contact our sales team for further details.

Claims Process - If issues arise we simply ask for you to contact our warranty provider in the supplied warranty booklet and log the fault and they will guide you through the process of having the vehicle inspected, diagnosed and then repaired.

WARRANTY CONDITIONS

The warranty holder is the only person entitled to make a claim under the warranty.

Any claim under this warranty must relate to the vehicle described on your sales invoice.

A repair at an alternative garage must not be carried out without prior authorisation from Woodhall cars

We reserve the right to inspect the vehicle before carrying out any repairs or before authorising another repairer to do the necessary work.

We reserve the right to arrange an independent expert to assess the vehicle where a dispute may arise.

HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM UNDER THE WARRANTY

Notify the warranty company immediately and details for them are in the booklet provided. We will also email you the warranty certificate with the contact details on.
